Business contact details and voluntarily supplied information are used to answer enquiries and manage relevant commercial relationships. Do not send passport copies or bank statements in a general enquiry.

Purpose, legal basis and retention

The legal basis for handling business-contact enquiries is the legitimate interest in responding and conducting business, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Article 6(1)(b) applies where the individual is a contracting party or requests pre-contractual steps; Article 6(1)(c) applies to records required by law. Retention depends on the purpose, relationship, applicable record-keeping duties and limitation periods; no single deletion period is asserted for all correspondence.

Providers and technical data

The website is prepared for Vercel hosting, and messages are received in Google Gmail. Hosting may process technical request data, including IP address, requested page, time and browser details, separately from form contents. These providers may process data outside the EEA; the relevant recipients and transfer safeguards can be requested from LahenIQ. Data is shared with advisers and transaction partners only where necessary, or with authorities where legally required.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent, where used, can be withdrawn for the future. Contact laheniq@gmail.com; a complaint may be made to Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee) or another competent EU supervisory authority. This form is not used for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Form and correspondence

The form prepares a draft in your own e-mail application or copies the text. It does not automatically send an e-mail or submit the entered fields to our web server. Providing information is voluntary; without a contact address and description we may be unable to respond.
