LahenIQ coordinates transport requests, routes, rates, supporting transport documents and communication with independent carriers. Licensed carriage is carried out by the carrier, not by LahenIQ with an owned fleet. Customs-document coordination and interaction with independent customs brokers are arranged where required. Route, civilian cargo, price and responsibilities are recorded in the relevant agreement or request.
