Technical consulting covers the comparison of solutions, product specifications and potential procurement savings against the client’s brief. This may include kitchens and built-in wardrobes, interior and entrance doors, aluminium windows and external glazing, glass balustrades, bathroom equipment and stretch ceilings as an alternative solution. Results are documented technical and commercial proposals. A fixed saving is not guaranteed; supply, manufacturing release and installation require separate agreement.
